Formal Groundbreaking Ceremony to be held for Webwood Assisted Living
 
Neosho, Mo - The formal groundbreaking ceremony for Webwood Assisted Living will take place June 21, 2017 at 9:00 AM on the facility’s Waldo Hatler Drive property across from the Neosho Municipal Golf Course.  This culminates a four year endeavor by Webwood Assisted Living owners, Dana Martin and Derek Martin, to provide a premium assisted living property that is affordable and locally owned and operated. The facility will boast a modern and unique floor plan specifically designed to provide a warm and comfortable atmosphere.
 
“We are very pleased to be entering the construction phase of this project”, says Ms. Martin, “it has been our objective to bring a state of the art assisted living facility to Newton County, one that will proudly serve the residents of this area for many years to come.”
 
The facility plans to begin taking advanced placement reservations later this year with opening scheduled for Spring of 2018.
 
Construction of this multi-million dollar project will be managed by Construction Services Group, LLC of Neosho, Mo.
 
Architectural design was provided by Paragon Architecture of Springfield, Mo.
 
Financing for the project is through People’s Bank of Seneca.
