• Mental Health First Aid

Mental Health First Aid trains adults to recognize and respond to the signs and symptoms of mental health challenges and crises in other adults. It is an interactive, evidence-based, certification course consisting of individual work, small group and larger group work. Participants must come prepared to be on camera and engaged throughout the entire course in order to be certified with fidelity.
