Paul Sundy is the co-founder, operator, and CEO of Big Whiskey’s American Restaurant & Bar, which launched in Downtown Springfield, MO, in 2006 and has since become a national franchise. A leader in the revitalization of downtown Springfield, he has opened over 65 businesses across seven hospitality concepts and served on numerous boards, including the OTC Board of Trustees, where he currently chairs.

Beyond business, Paul is a dedicated community supporter, actively engaging in local charities and organizations. A graduate of OTC and Evangel University, he resides in Southwest Missouri with his wife, Crystal, and their two children.
