Job Description
Full time Executive Administrative Assistant/Plan Room Specialist
30-40 hours per week
Must be available Mon-Fri 8 am-4:30 pm and one evening per month
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to plan room maintenance, reception and customer service, event and meeting registration. 
Requirements: At least one year of experience in Customer Service, Microsoft Office, Adobe, Dropbox, QuickBooks. 
Knowledge pertaining to commercial construction blueprints and plan rooms is a plus. 
Must be friendly, reliable, self-motivated, able to stand for occasional extended periods of time and perform light to medium lifting, display excellent written and oral communication skills, be able to work both independently and as a team, have excellent multi-tasking skills and able to meet deadlines.
