    Job Description
    Preferred Family Healthcare, Inc. (PFH) is a non-profit community-based healthcare organization with over 35 years of experience in helping others reach their potential through offering a wide array of service lines including: Child Welfare, Employment Services, Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities, Medical and Dental Services, Mental and Behavioral Health, and Substance Use Disorders. With over 4,000 employees, PFH performs services at over 145 office locations across a five state region including Arkansas, Illinois, Kansas, Missouri and Oklahoma. 
    At our Joplin, Missouri site at:  5620 W. Wildwood Ranch Parkway, we specialize in treating adolescents with substance use disorders.
    We are currently accepting applications for:

    Housekeeper.  Our Housekeeping staff provide the following:
    • Clean all common areas of the building.
    • Vacuum offices/common areas of the building.
    •  Clean/sanitize all bathrooms daily.
    •  Dust all furnishings throughout the building.
    • Vacuum carpeted individual offices and sweep/mop tiles offices on a rotating schedule so that offices are vacuumed at least once a month.
    • Wipe down walls, baseboards and chair rails in hallways and offices. 
    • Empty trash cans daily outside building and remove trash from facility grounds.
    • Clean out refrigerators in staff break room monthly.
    Job Requirements:
    • High School education or equivalent and two (2) years responsible employment history
    • Valid Driver’s License
    • Demonstrated professional communication skills including the ability to read and write coherently.
    • Exhibit strong time management skills indicating the ability to complete all duties
    • Ability to maintain a positive attitude in the work environment.
