Join us as the Executive Director, where you will play an essential role in supporting Neosho Area Habitat for Humanity (NAHAF) and ensuring smooth operations across various areas. With a heart for our mission, under the direction of the executive committee, and working closely with the board president, the Executive Director performs an essential role in organizing, directing, and coordinating the multi-faceted work of NAHFH. This includes serving as primary liaison between NAHFH and our partner families, our community, lenders and resource people in the financial community, vendors and contractors, volunteers, partnering organizations such as Crowder College, and others as the need arises. The Executive Director serves as NAHFH’s primary point of contact with Habitat for Humanity International, maintaining all records, submitting reports, while also learning about and sharing news, opportunities, and resources available from the parent organization.

Computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.), virtual platforms such as Zoom, and willing to learn new technology as implemented.

Knowledge of fundraising principles and processes, including grant proposal writing and donor solicitation is preferred

Experienced and comfortable in making “the ask” for funds, donations, and volunteer
