The Case Manager provides intensive case management services to clients and works with the community to develop new opportunities for the low-income and works on community projects.Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Sociology, Psychology or related field from a four-year college or university; or one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
