About Us

Welcome To Three Rivers Hospice


When a patient's health declines to a life expectancy of 6 months or less, hospice becomes an invaluable resource to both the patient and the family. Three Rivers Hospice provides a patient and their family focused care that is personalized by our compassionate team members.

Our hospice team is made up of qualified Nurses, Certified Nursing Aides, Social Workers, Spiritual Counselors, Bereavement Coordinators, our Medical Directors, and Volunteers.

Our goal for the patient is to help them live their remaining days with a positive attitude, to have their symptoms managed, and to be treated with compassion, dignity and respect. Families will be offered empathetic listening, supportive presence, and resources to aid their grieving process.

We provide hospice service to 47 counties throughout Missouri.
